The following regulations/agreements are of special relevance to Deutsches Büro Grüne Karte:

Internal regulations:

The basis for the relations among Green Card Bureaux is an international treaty stipulating the rights and obligations of the Bureaux. The current version of this treaty has been in force since 1 July 2003.

Explanatory Memorandum:

The Internal Regulations are complemented by the explanations issued on these, the Explanatory Memorandum, which also contains important resolutions and decisions taken by the Council of Bureaux.

Both sets of rules constitute the binding foundations for cooperation between the Bureaux.
